Computers have no intelligence of their own. It can only work in the light of the information stored in it and the program itself. Can't work from the bottom up in light of any problem? Arrangements are being made to insert solutions to many problems so that the computer can decide for itself if there is a problem. This is called artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence.
